A day late on my 4th of July weekend fun post but my husband, Baby E and I had a fantastic time at my mom's house on the weekend swimming, shopping and eating, as well as, a nice dinner at home on the 4th. Tim made the best grilled veggie salad from Cooking Light (click here for the recipe). Ellie wouldn't take a nap so we put her down early and did a little sparkler art in her honor. That was ONE cranky baby!
That's me after a lot of practice writing backwards. It is really not easy especially after a big dinner and a glass or two of wine ;)
