Red Carpet Beauty Review - Oscars 2011 Favorite Makeup

Goodness Jennifer Lawrence looks amazing, her overall look was perfectly polished! Rocking that Calvin Klein red dress required makeup and hair that stood up to, but did not over shadow it...her team acoomplished just that! Three cheers! 

To recreate Jennifer's look, blend a cool tone medium brown shadow high above the crease (try Charcoal Brown from MAC or Bobbi Brown Wheat), sweep under the bottom lash line, focusing on the outer corners, top with thick black liquid liner, lots of black mascara and lashes. Pair with a pale pink blush and again, cool toned nude gloss. 


I loved Penelope's look last night! The dress, the hair and Javier Bardam (rawarrr)...Her look is simple and so pretty. Sweep a medium gold shadow on the lid, black liner on top and along the waterline, black mascara, of course and soft peach blush and pale pink lips. 

Can I say a big "YIKES" to Sharon Stone's look last night, she was very Cruella DeVille-esque.. Had to be the worst of the night, right? She and Jennifer Hudson should fire their stylists asap....yes like right now!
